I was going to use this home as an example of cute and "affordable" but then I realized the selling price is $641,240. Definitely not affordable for most of us but its in an upscale neighborhood which partially explains the price and it is really cute! This seller took their design cue from Pottery Barn and you can't go wrong with that transitional style (particularly in this market) as it appeals to most people.
