Modern Beach Home

I like to periodically look at homes on the Windermere website and see if I can find any inspiration for my own home. Today I came across a home for sale in Kirkland, WA. The home values have remained pretty consistent (pricey!) during the economical downturn but there are many million dollar homes still for sale that are sitting on the market.
