Lavender Festival

I have lavender growing in our front walkway and backyard and I want to plant some more. Last summer when we cut it, you could smell it hundreds of feet away and many neighbors came over to see what we were doing. Remarkably, lavender grows well here despite the rain and it's trouble free so I love it! In mid-July, the town of Sequim (pronounced squim) has a lavender festival that is a lot of fun. This year it'll be July 16-18 and many of the lavender farms have live music, wine tastings, and downtown Sequim has a street fair. If you're interested in attending you can get more information HERE.
